All artists will be permitted to display at least 1 framed photograph  

in an MFA Gallery Exhibition during the month of January 2027! 

 

(MFA will charge NO COMMISSION on pieces under $1000,  

and 15% for pieces over $1000.)

 

MFA GALLERY WILL BE “HOME BASE”,  

Providing refreshments, facilities, a Frenchtown map, companionship & encouragement!

For an additional $45 ($90 total) you can join a 3 hour photography workshop

called "Hidden Frenchtown" on Sat June 27th from 10am-1pm.

This will be led by photographer & photography instructor Stephen Harris.

Take a photography walk in hidden Frenchtown,

experiencing the town “off the beaten path,” exploring

historic homes, buildings, and stores that you might never otherwise notice. 

 This workshop will provide you with hands-on experience

with your camera, including tips and challenges.

The additional $45 will be donated entirely

to the Frenchtown UMC's "Open Door Food Pantry".

Additional Information on the January 2027 Photography Show: 
 

It will be entitled "Summer in Winter". 

 

MFA Gallery will have an Opening Reception on Saturday, January 2nd from 1-5pm.    

 

We will celebrate the reception with wine, hors d'oeuvres, and live music!  

 

1st, 2nd, & 3rd Place "People's Choice" Awards  

will be announced on the final day of the Show. 
  

 

 

**Rules:** 

 

1. Please check in at MFA Gallery sometime during the day.  

 

2. Come for as much or as little of the time as you'd like.
 You are not required to come both days, but you are welcome to! 

 

3. At least one photograph per artist will be displayed during the MFA January Show.  

Maximum size is TBD.

A few words about PARKING: 

 

Besides the free parking on Bridge Street,  

you can freely park on almost every side street in Frenchtown. 

 

Additionally, the following public parking lots are free

and only a short walk from the Gallery: 

 

1. Sunbeam Park Parking Lot, right next to the Bridge  (access is from Bridge St) 

 

2. Kathee's General Store Parking Lot: 4 Kingwood Ave 

3. Citgo Parking Lot: 36 Race St.
